RSA turned to ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud for their claims transformation. Since going live, the benefits for brokers and customers have been plentiful. Claims handlers are now able to use capabilities in the system that were not available in their legacy systems. They can support customers faster and more efficiently. For brokers, customers have provided positive feedback in way of the digital portals. The FNOL process is more streamlined with customers being able to register claims online and brokers being able to have a live view of where the claim is in the process at any time. Brokers receive faster updates on claims and claims are being settled faster.
